Subuhi Khan of the University of California, Davis in Davis said, "The use of carefully motivated messages gives the message that mental health video games can be used as a more practical alternative."

Researchers said that it supports other researches that show that brain training sports have the potential for cognitive changes.
On the other hand, assuming depression as the situation of external factors, the participants were motivated to give more time to the game, which then helped them to control their position.
